Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. crabmeat or imitation
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Egg Beaters
1 c. sour cream
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 drops Tabasco sauce
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Thaw and drain crabmeat.
Saute mushrooms in butter; drain and mix eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, onion powder, salt and Tabasco.
Fold in mushrooms, Jack cheese and crabmeat.
Pour into 10-inch porcelain quiche dish (greased). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Let stand 5 minutes.
