Fresh Apple Cake(Club Member: Terah) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped apples
2 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix together oil, sugar and eggs. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to first mixture. Fold in apples, vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
