Ann Landers' Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter (room temperature)
    3 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    7/8 c. ginger ale or similar soda
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in 1 cup flour, then extracts and little ginger ale. Continue alternating flour and ginger ale. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans or tube pan. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour 45 minutes.
