Easy Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white self-rising cornmeal
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Pour in a well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven and let bread sit in oven for 1 hour.
    Turn out on aluminum foil.
    Slice and serve.
    Leftover bread can be sliced, buttered and heated before serving.
