Tiny Fruitcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. candied cherries, chopped
4 oz. candied pineapple slices, chopped
1/2 c. flour
2 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. orange extract
4 c. leftover cake, diced
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Birthday cakes may be great at the party, but tend to lose their freshness the day after.
Freeze what's left and use it to make a completely different cake!
