Gala Pecan Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced dried beef
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese with milk; mix well.
    Add with beef, green pepper, onion, seasonings and sour cream.
    Spoon into 8-inch pie plate.
    Heat and crisp pecans in butter.
    Spoon over cream cheese mixture.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot with crackers.
