Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Preparation

Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and 1 stick margarine.
Save out 3/4 cup of the crumb mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons margarine.
Add to the rest of the mixture the eggs and milk.
You can add sour cream, applesauce or blueberries, if desired.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 8-inch cake pans; sprinkle crumb mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until springs back.
