Fish Cakes From Leftovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    2 c. cooked fish, flaked
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    salt and pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. cornmeal
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients with the mashed potatoes, except cornmeal and butter.
    Add some flour if the mixture is too thin to form into cakes.
    Dip the cakes into cornmeal and fry in butter until browned on both sides.
