Parsley Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh parsley (leaves and small stems)
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. walnuts or pine nuts
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender and then mix into hot pasta.
