Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, sugar and salt in bowl.
Stir cornmeal into mixture.
Combine eggs, butter and buttermilk.
Stir liquid ingredients into cornmeal mixture with fork.
Bake in greased 8-inch square pan at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
