Duke'S Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. grated Jack cheese
    2 cans diced chiles
    4 eggs
    1 medium-size can stewed tomatoes, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Butter a deep casserole.
    Make layers of cheeses and chiles.
    Separate eggs and beat whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks and then fold them into the egg whites.
    Gently pour eggs over cheeses and chiles, covering them and ooze through with a fork.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Add drained tomatoes, pushing them down with a fork.
    Bake an additional 30 minutes.
