Pumpkin Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. egg substitute, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Put mixture in souffle dish.
    Set souffle dish in a pan of hot water.
    Place in 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours or until knife inserted in middle of mixture comes out clean.
    Chill before serving.
