Mother'S Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. oat bran
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 egg + 1 egg white, beaten
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease a 12 cup muffin tin with margarine.
    Combine oat bran, brown sugar, walnuts, raisins, baking powder and salt.
    Add skim milk, eggs, honey and oil.
    Mix until ingredients are just moistened.
    Fill muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Per muffin:
    160 cal., 6 sat. fat.
    Without walnuts:
    144 cal., 5 sat. fat.
