Quick Cheese Calzone(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/2 c. part skim Ricotta cheese
1 (2 oz.) pita bread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine cheeses, mixing well.
Using a sharp knife, cut halfway around edge of pita.
Open to form pocket.
Spread cheese mixture inside pita.
Wrap in foil and bake about 15 to 20 minutes until cheese melts.
Makes 1 serving.
