Strips Of Sauteed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breasts
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 slices lemon
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bone chicken
    and
    cut\tinto
    strips; lightly dust with flour. Saute on each side until golden brown in olive oil and butter. Add
    lemon\tjuice.\tSimmer\tuntil soft.
    Serve on hot platter and garnish with parsley.
