Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place green pepper, onion and pineapple on paper towel to absorb liquid.
    Blend ingredients well.
    Refrigerate and chill at least 1/2 hour.
    Shape into ball.
    Roll in chopped pecans, if desired.
    (I made it into 2 balls.)
    Great for parties.
