Kentucky'S Best Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast plus 2 tsp. sugar in yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 c. milk, scalded
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    6 c. presifted flour (sift again before putting into mixture)
Preparation
    Start with yeast and sugar; add warm water and then Crisco. Scald milk and pour into mixture.
    Add some of the warm milk to the eggs; stir quickly.
    Add the eggs, sugar, salt and cold water. Start with 1 cup of flour and keep adding until you have a good dough.
    Sometimes it will only take 5 cups flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
