Mexican Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. bacon drippings
    1/2 to 1 lb. ground meat, sauteed and drained
    1 large onion
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    2 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Prepare ground meat, chop onion, grate cheese and chop jalapeno peppers; set aside.
    Mix cornmeal, eggs, milk, salt, soda, corn and bacon drippings.
