Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (large) lemon jello
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    juice and rind of 1 lemon, grated
    1/2 c. sugar
    few grains salt
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix
    jello,
    water, lemon juice and rind and salt.
    Let partially set
    or
    jell.
    Whip
    ice
    cold milk.
    Add sugar and fold in
    the
    jello.
    Put layer of crushed wafers in bottom of Pyrex dish.
    Add jello mixture after beaten stiff and top with more crushed wafers.
