Creamy Ham-And-Chicken Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 to 3 c. milk, divided
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    dash of ground red pepper
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 c. chopped, cooked ham
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry shells, baked
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, stirring constantly.
    Remove from saucepan; set aside.
