Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, sliced and cooked
1 c. liquid from potatoes
1 c. milk
3 tsp. melted margarine
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
2 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cubed fully cooked ham
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Place cooked potatoes in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside.
Combine 2 teaspoons melted margarine with flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Add liquid from potatoes and milk. Cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring frequently.
Stir in ham and cheese.
Cook until cheese melts.
Pour over potatoes.
Mix 1 teaspoon margarine, bread crumbs, paprika and thyme; sprinkle over mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil; prick several holes for steam to escape.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
