Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peeled and sliced apples
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice, thawed (do not add water)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch or flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. water
    1 beaten egg
    1 pkg. (2) 9-inch pie crusts
Preparation
    Heat apple juice in pot pan; add sliced apples and cook about 5 minutes or until apples become tender; take the apples out of pan and set aside.
    Reserve the juice!
