Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 batches cornbread
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2 to 3 c. turkey or chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook cornbread and cool completely.
    This can be done a day ahead.
    Crumble cornbread into a large bowl; sprinkle with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and parsley.
