Sue'S Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Owens country sausage
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. chicken noodle soup (dry mix)
    1 c. uncooked instant rice
    12 oz. can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown sausage, pepper, celery and onion together in a skillet. Drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients; add the meat mixture and bake in a greased casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 generously.
    Delicious with chilled green asparagus!
