Glazed Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
2/3 c. apricot preserves
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
-
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and honey.
Pour over tenderloin in 8-inch square pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight.
Turn several times.
