Vidalia Onion Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In saucepan, saute first 3 ingredients in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 cup water.
    Heat to boiling, simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes to thicken.
    Serve with grilled meats or cold meats.
    Makes 4 cups.
