Ingredients

6 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. raw rice
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Add milk, sugar, butter and salt in large pan and bring to a boil.
Add rice and reduce heat to low.
Cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Beat eggs.
Add these slowly to the mixture.
Keep stirring and cook for a few more minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Garnish with cinnamon.
