Salad Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. lettuce
1 medium tomato
1 cooked potato
1 medium beet
3 cooked carrots
1 cucumber
1/2 c. sliced onions
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Cut everything into small portions.
Mix lemon juice, salt and oil.
Pour mixture over.
Serve at room temperature.
Makes 4 servings.
