Low-Fat King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced chicken, white chicken (no skin)
    7 oz. baked Tostitos
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. low-fat milk
    1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
    1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 lb. diced fresh mushrooms (optional)
    1/4 lb. low-fat Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 lb. low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 11-inch casserole dish with Pam.
    Crush Tostitos and spread in bottom of dish.
    Add diced chicken.
    Blend remaining ingredients except cheese.
    Pour over chicken.
    Top with cheese. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly for about 40 minutes.
    Serves 12. There are 3.5 grams of fat per serving, 150 calories per serving.
