Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash (yellow or crook neck)
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, chopped fine (small)
    1 small jar pimento
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. (small) Pepperidge Farm dressing
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook
    (steam)
    squash
    and
    drain.
    Add
    carrot, onion, pimento,
    soup,
    sour
    cream,
    salt and pepper to taste.
    Melt margarine, add dressing and line bottom of casserole dish with half
    of dressing.\tPour squash mixture over this and top with remainder of dressing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
