Mandarin Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breast
    pepper to taste
    1 pkg. chicken soup mix
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. chicken soup mix
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken breast generously with pepper and chicken soup mix.
    Coat a large skillet with oil.
    Place skillet over medium heat until hot.
    Add chicken to skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
