Saucy Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, milk and egg.
Shape into twenty meatballs.
Brown well in two tablespoons oil.
Drain excess fat.
Sprinkle meatballs with flour and stir gently to coat.
Cut tomatoes into bite-size pieces.
Combine tomatoes and their liquid with Heinz 57 sauce and salt.
Pour over meatballs.
Simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
Serve over cooked noodles.
