Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cooked and boned
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (optional)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish.
    Combine onion, celery and chopped eggs; sprinkle over chicken.
    Combine soup and broth; pour over chicken. Combine baking mix and milk; pour evenly over other ingredients. Drizzle margarine over top.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until golden brown.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
