Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. diced raw apples
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Batter will be thick and heavy.
    Pour in greased oblong casserole dish or sheet cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Makes 16 servings.
