Sotte Suppe(Norwegian Sweet Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. water
1 lb. prunes or dried figs
2 or 3 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. sugar (more if desired)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 pkg. dried fruit
1 c. raisins, washed
1 c. Minute tapioca
2 c. grape juice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Boil until tender and add tapioca on low heat.
Stir often. Serve warm with cream poured on (diluted with milk if you wish). Or serve cold with whipped cream.
