Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    water
    4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Barely cover potatoes, onion and celery with water; cook until tender.
    Mash with potato masher.
    Add milk, butter, salt and pepper.
    Serve topped with finely chopped parsley.
    Serves 4.
