Peach Or Berry Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. fruit with juice (if unsweetened, add 1/2 c. sugar)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix fruit and flour well and pour into unbaked deep pie crust. Mix together egg, sugar, milk, salt and vanilla and pour over fruit. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
