Mom'S Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 3 lb. potatoes
    1 stick oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can Milnot
    1 c. water
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    chopped bell peppers and chopped onions
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender; let cool, then slice.
    Melt oleo, flour, salt, pepper, Milnot, water and Velveeta together.
    In a casserole dish, layer sliced potatoes, small amount of chopped onions and peppers.
    Repeat.
    Pour the cheese mixture over the potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
