Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
1 can regular corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Put aside 1/4 cup of the Cheddar cheese for the top of the casserole.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
