Texas Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. soft butter
2 heaping Tbsp. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine all and pour into pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes more.
