Lunch Meat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
1 c. water
Preparation
-
Mix all together and let stand for 24 hours.
Roll in aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Roll like summer sausage.
