Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer (about 3 lb.)
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Cheddar sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Cool;
    skin
    and
    cut into chunks.
    Cook broccoli just until tender and drain and cool on paper towels. Mix remaining ingredients
    except for bread crumbs and cheese. Layer in an 8 x
    11-inch\tbaking\tdish
    the broccoli, chicken, then sauce.
    Top with
    bread
    crumbs
    mixed with melted butter and then cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
