Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bunches broccoli, chopped
1 red or white onion, chopped
1/2 (15 oz.) box golden raisins
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 c. Kraft mayo
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1 (12 oz.) pkg. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Combine broccoli, onion, raisins and water chestnuts in a serving bowl.
In a small bowl, combine mayo, sugar, vinegar and oil, blending well.
Pour over salad mixture.
Toss to blend. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Sprinkle bacon over top before serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
