Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, washed and pierced
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place potatoes on oven rack and bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until tender. Cut a thin lengthwise slice from each potato. Scoop out the inside, leaving a thin shell.
