Baked Blueberry Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. brown and serve sausages
4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 1/3 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. blueberries

Preparation

Mix milk, egg and butter.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Arrange blueberries over all. Place a piece of sausage so that each slice has a sausage.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
Serve with syrup.
