Salmon Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices toasted bread
    1 can salmon
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk or sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place toast in a greased 8 x 8-inch dish or pan.
    Top with the salmon (drain all juice).
    Put the salmon on the toast with your hands (works better).
    Mix soup with cream or milk; add parsley and onion.
    Spoon over salmon; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese melts and is bubbly.
    Makes 4 big servings.
