Easy Chicken Or Pork Picada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless meat (can be chicken or pork)
    2 jars salsa (mild or medium, depending on taste)
    1 (11 oz.) jar peach preserves (not jelly)
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    rice (white or brown)
Preparation
    Saute meat; sprinkle with taco seasoning.
    Add rest of ingredients (salsa and preserves) to pan and simmer with a little added water for 45 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
