Florentine Stuffed Pasta Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1 c. grated Parmesan
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. pepper (black)
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients together.
    Stuff cooked jumbo pasta shells with mixture. Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with marinara sauce (spaghetti sauce).
    Place shells in pan.
    Cover with remaining sauce and shredded Mozzarella.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
