Ham And Rice So Nice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked diced ham
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom slices
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place rice in bottom of greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Layer broccoli, ham, mushrooms and cheese over rice.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise and mustard.
    Mix well.
    Pour over ham; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Makes 8 servings.
