Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green chilies, drained
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 c. grated cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 stick margarine
3 c. deboned chicken
Preparation

Heat soup over low heat.
Add cheese, milk and margarine. Next, add chicken, peppers, onion and sour cream.
In a frying pan, pour enough oil to cover the bottom, then dip tortillas until soft.
Put in layers and pour sauce over each.
Top with cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
